Community Support

We provides a diverse, bespoke support service to meet your individual needs, whether you need a few hours a week or full 24 hour/live in support. Our service can support you in maintaining your lifestyle whilst delivering the highest quality of support and care to you in your own home. We will carefully match your individual needs with the support worker and provide you with a 'worker profile portfolio' detailing their experience and qualifications. We will organise cover for your usual support worker if they are on holiday or ill. Wherever possible we will provide you with an introductory period (up to an hour), free of charge, to allow you to get to know a new support worker prior to commencement. We will carry out a full risk assessment and, involve you and anyone else you would like to be involved, in producing a comprehensive Support Plan (detailing your specific support needs) and Individual Lifestyle Plan (a holistic approach to supporting your lifestyle needs, wants and wishes).
