Andover fire Department

Founded in 1996, Andover Dollars for Scholars is a community-based, volunteer-operated, scholarship foundation. Any Andover resident who has been accepted as a full-time student in an institution of higher education is eligible for consideration. The Stormwater Management Program is intended to improve water quality by reducing the discharge of pollutants from storm water runoff into local storm drains, rivers, ponds, streams and other receiving waterbodies. The Town of Andover has several "twin cities" across the United States, and even in the United Kingdom.
