Angel Delivery was founded by Rebecca Cass, nurse, wife, mother of two from Wellington New Zealand, and Zalmi Duchman founder and CEO of The Fresh Diet in the USA, husband and father of 3. In June 2011 Zalmi stumbled across Rebecca's small New Zealand food business www.babyangel.co.nz on twitter @babyangel_nz . Taken by her sincere and fresh approach to the delivery of food as a gift he reached out and contacted her. Following a few skype calls, emails, and of course tweets, Rebecca was NYC bound to meet with Zalmi at his company's kitchen in the heart of Brooklyn NYC. A year later, Zalmi and Rebecca shake hands and Angel Delivery is created. Angel Delivery, a grown up version of Rebecca's baby angel in NZ. Still holding tightly to the principles that have lead the baby company from strength to strength the focus will remain on delivering premium family meals, desserts and other treats made, packaged and delivered with the love and care that family would give. Both Zalmi and Rebecca are passionate about the tangible value and help the gift of fresh delicious meals delivers to individuals and families. Even through Zalmi and Rebecca come from opposite sides of the world, they both understood and appreciated from experience how precious the gift of food is as a token of love and support. Whether it be when a new baby arrives in the home, or when someone in the family passes away. The gift of food speaks the universal language of support and care. And Angel Delivery is now set to deliver that blessing, with love across the USA.
