Old Iron

From across the pond and to Lower Manhattan, a new music inspired fashion store 'Any Old Iron' opened in the L.E.S , New York 5 years ago to critical acclaim, The first retail store of its kind to hit Manhattan, Any Old Iron specializes in selling rare and UK-specific menswear and womanswear. The majority of the collections featured are exclusive to Any Old Iron and include labels like; BolongaroTrevor, Vivienne Westwood, Horace, Religion, Tatty Devine, Taschen and Jeffery West to name a few. Any Old Iron is the brainchild of designer/stylist, Andrew Clancey (www.clangerstyle.com) and arts-entrepreneur, Christopher Melton. The shop's name is rooted in the olden cry of a scrap man collecting metal with his horse and cart, and also hearkens to Clancey's family scrap metal business which was founded in 1872.
