We have a strong network of experienced people to help you with your needs. Most of our employees have been here for many, many years. Tito Cintron started working for Ashe at the first location...he has 21 yrs under his belt. Bill Teuschler has 17 yrs down and counting, first as a glazier/installer and now as one of our project managers. Shane Grissom, one of our lead glaziers, started here 16 yrs ago (straight out of high school!); while Lynn Moyer & JD McGuire are neck and neck at 15 yrs. Latigo and Quentin have been here for 10 yrs, while most others have been here for at least 5. We have teased and laughed together; watched our children grow; and supported each other through good and bad times. We aren't merely employees; we are one of a whole, working together through it all. **Ashe Glass has been adopted! Mama Kitty and Little Bit decided to make us our home. Mama Kitty can often be seen lounging across the desk, earning her keep by helping JD keep his schedule up to date. Little Bit is your typical teenager and tries to sleep away the day; but she does like to bring us presents now and again. Both of them have pretty much free range of the shop and office.
