We manage hotels because we love this business, and we love taking care of our guests, our associates and our ownership groups. We are a small, privately owned, principal-driven group that manages a select portfolio of hotels. We enjoy close personal relationships with our hotel owners and have generated strong investment returns. Atira Hotel Principals are actively involved in leadership positions in the Hospitality Industry. Atira principals have published articles in various publications such as Lodging Hospitality, Hotel Motel Management, Asian American Hotel Owner's Association and Hotel Business magazines. Our principals also serve as advisers, guest lecturers and have other various involvements with hospitality education programs such as Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration, Michigan Ross School of Business, Michigan State's School of Hospitality Business, UCLA Business School and DePaul University's Hospitality Leadership Program. Atira principals have also served as moderators, keynote panelists and industry speakers for hotel industry conferences such as The Lodging Conference, Midwest Lodging Investment Summit, The International Hotel Conference, The Lifestyle/Boutique Hotel Development Conference and many more events.
