Australian Loyalty Association

The Australian Loyalty Association (ALA) is a group of individuals who are passionate about customer engagement and loyalty within an ever changing marketplace. The ALA run a number of events throughout the year, including a Sydney Networking Dinner and a full-day Conference in Melbourne.
