Bard Woodcrafts

Bard Woodcrafts is a small, traditional wandery, makers of hand-carved wooden wands for use in magic and ritual. Each of our wands is lovingly hand-carved and enchanted with a magical core; many are augmented with magical stones; and all are made from carefully selected sacred woods according to Druid tradition and Elvish lore. Our wands are not toys but are made for the serious magical practitioner, whether druid, witch, or wizard. Harry Potter fans beware: the magic resides in the wizard, not in the wand. Real magic is very subtle and always in accord with Nature's laws. Bard Woodcrafts is dedicated to the use of hand tools and a painstaking process of magical making. The use of machines in our wandmaking is kept to a minimum and nothing is mass-produced. Each wand is unique, and we welcome custom orders. This site contains many photos of our magic wands and information about how they are made. At left are links to other pages in our website. In the Products section you will find galleries of wands, staves, boxes, athames and other handmade items for the discerning magical client. In the Lore section you will find information on woods, stones, runes, mythical beasts, and magic. Throughout the site, if you see a PayPal button, you can click on that to purchase a wand similar to the one pictured above the button. Each wand is unique, so except for Stock Wands, you will not get exactly the wand you see in the picture, but we can follow the design generally, or make any alterations you desire.
