Stone County Extension

The company was founded by Nick and Bobbi Price in 2007. Nick has worked in the natural stone business for 11 years and Bobbi, a former school teacher, being in the business for 7 years, they have the creativity and knowledge to be a step above the competition. Nick and Bobbi wanted to open their own natural stone fabrication shop that focused on the final product, with the final product displaying the highest quality of fabrication, installation and uniqueness according to each customer's specifications. Along with Nick and Bobbi, 10 full time employees and 3 part time employees work as a team in the granite industry. As the company continues to grow, the main focus remains on high quality fabrication and installation, exceptional customer service, and the ability to create distinctive counter tops for each individuals needs. In order to continue meeting these objectives, they have purchased top of the line equipment, including a Park's Industry Saw, several hand polishers, a router for edge profiling, a Matrix Edging machine, a Northwood CNC machine and have the use of a Flow Water Jet. In 2010, Carved In Stone opened its Second Location in Rolla, MO, with more locations planned in the near future. As with any new company, expansion and growth takes time, but the future is bright for the company and Carved In Stone is willing to meet any future challenges.
