Cathy Hobbs Design Recipes (CHDR), is an interior design/home staging firm specializing in a unique hybrid model that blends luxury real estate staging and styling plus extensive video production. Founded in 2004 by New York City based news anchor/reporter turned interior designer Cathy Hobbs, CHDR is one of the premiere staging companies serving the Tri-State Area. CHDR maintains an expansive warehouse, which includes a curated collection of furniture, artwork, chandeliers, accessories and drapery. In order to meet the needs of its expanding business, the company's new, expansive 12,000 square foot state-of-the art building/warehouse, serves as the first Passive House Certified Warehouse in North America.
