Centiva Capital Inc. (Centiva) is a Canada-based company. Centiva owns equity interest in three technology-based companies, operates a technology-based business, Grapevine Solutions (Grapevine), and holds a portfolio of marketable securities. Grapevine, a division of Centiva, operates a Web-based survey and data collection business. In November 2008, Centiva announced that its investee company, VFM Interactive Inc. (VFM), has acquired the business of European-based Leonardo Media B.V., the distributor of still image content for the travel industry. The combined entity operates as VFM Leonardo. Centiva holds a 14% equity interest in VFM Leonardo.
