Citnalta Construction Corp., established in 1974 is one of the leading general contracting companies in the New York region. Citnalta is currently operating throughout the metropolitan area and directly employs over 300 professionals and tradesmen. Using the construction industry's best practices, we work with clients to build high quality, environmentally sound and safe projects. Our primary market presence is in the educational and transportation sectors; however we also have experience in the mid rise residential market. Over the past decade we have completed over a dozen projects for the MTA, including rehabilitation of 15 subway stations. We are currently working on another eleven below and above ground stations in the transit system. Also, in the past ten years, Citnalta has built more than a dozen new schools, seven major additions and has completed many educational restructuring renovation projects for the NYCSCA. At this time, Citnalta has several more new "green schools" to be completed over the next six to eighteen months. We have significant experience in two project delivery methods. These project delivery methods are Design-Build and the more traditional Design-Bid-Build. Our core capabilities, and what sets us apart from many general construction companies, is our strong project management skills, hands on senior management, self-performance of key items of work, as well as imagination and creativity to drive value and ensure timely completion of our projects.
