They are involved from the very beginning of the process to provide informed consent, education and clinical supportive counseling to intended parents, egg donors and surrogates. Having an on-staff psychological team allows us the unique ability to provide the highest level of multi-service care throughout the entire process. With strict laws regarding surrogacy and egg donation, our multi-cultural and multi-lingual case managers (fluent in Spanish, Chinese, German, Italian and French), help us break the barriers faced by our international clients coming to the United States. They are responsible for coordinating IVF cycles and facilitating the relationships between intended parents and their donor and/or surrogate. They arrange medical and psychological appointments and coordinate communication between physicians and their staff. With a combined experience of over 20 years, their dedication and emotional connection to each and every person provides our clients with the security of care and understanding 24 hours a day. Our professional Intake Coordinators provide initial screening and thoroughly guide donors and surrogates throughout the entire application process. They verify all transcripts, records, history etc. and ensure that candidates are fully educated regarding the surrogacy and donation process. Our Surrogate and Egg Donor Advocates provide ongoing support to active surrogates and donors. They facilitate medical appointments, coordinate client retreats and other professional groups that are an invaluable aspect of our service. Their constant care and attention to detail allows for an efficient and effortless process. They are always available to answer questions to ensure the well-being of our surrogates and egg donors. We maintain close relationships with all surrogates, donors and intended parents to ensure they understand and feel complete support throughout their endeavor.
