Craddock Oil Company Inc. was founded in 1979 by Ron and Nancy Craddock. Our corporate office is located on Berthadale Road at the site of the original bulk plant in McComb, Mississippi. During our first month of operation, we sold approximately 100,000 gallons of fuel. Today we sell 4 million per month. Craddock Oil Company Inc. operates 21 convenience stores and retail fuel locations under the trade nameThe C Stores, BlueSky, and On the Run. We also distribute fuel and other products to 16 other independent dealers in Central and South Mississippi. Additionally, we own BlueSky Corporation in Grenada, MS that operates 5 convenience stores and distibutes fuel to 8 independent dealers in Northeast Mississippi. We have signed a franchise agreement with Circle K for their ON THE RUN concept and have so far done this in 9 of our convenience stores. Craddock Oil Company Inc. and BlueSky Corporation currently has approximately 200 employees in a variety of professions. Mr. Craddock currently serves as our CEO with David Craddock serving as President of Craddock Oil Company and Ben Craddock serving as President of What A Combo Inc.which is our sister company. They specialize in quick service fast food franchises such as Krystal, Subway, Penn'sand Church's Chicken. They currently operate 14 locations. Our most outstanding accomplishment is that the majority of our 32 management positions are filled by individuals who were originally hired for entry-level positions.
