We continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation to make sure we're doing the right thing for the communities we serve. We are working hard to make sure our customers receive the highest quality customer service and that there are minimal service disruptions during this time. Over the last 30 days, we realigned and reprioritized our collection routes, which resulted in temporary suspension of bulk and yard waste in select markets. We're pleased to announce that we are resuming bulk and yard waste collection services in your community. We continue to see higher volume from our residential customers, which means our drivers need to operate as efficiently as possible to finish their collection routes on time. Therefore, we ask that all material either fit into the residential cart with the lid closed or be properly bagged if your program is not carted.
