We draw upon this experience to acquire and actively support portfolio management teams in a variety of modes including systems implementation, strategic planning, finance, operations, sales and marketing. e provide value-added resources to advise and support management in developing and implementing growth strategies. This support is typically provided through active investment participation at, and when appropriate, beyond the Board of Directors' level.
