ELAFLEX Ltd. established in 1988, is associated with ELAFLEX of Germany the headquarters of ELAFLEX, and is the UK & Eire supplier of ZVA nozzles, nozzle spare parts and accessories, rubber flexible hoses, TW couplings, ERV expansion joints and Mann Tek dry disconnect couplings for the petroleum, LPG and petro-chemical industries. Our liquid handling equipment offers a comprehensive program of: Refueling nozzles, Safety break couplings, Nozzle spare parts and accessories. Rubber hose assemblies, Hose end fittings, Tanker couplings, expansion joints, Dry Disconnect Couplings and full flow ball valves. Our hoses are technically advanced and for many applications are the industry standard. They are smooth bore, lightweight and of a seamless extruded anti-static construction up to 4" (100mm). Our products are used in factories, on plants and machinery for a wide range of suction discharge applications, such as ground support vehicles, rail wagons, tank trucks, chemical tankers, ships, the offshore industry, aircraft refuelingas well as for Autogas, Fuel Oil, chemicals and solvents. We also supply hoses and Mann Tek (STANAG 3756, ISO 45) industrial couplings for the food and ink industries, marine & bunkering, and critical industries such as bitumen, hot asphalt, water and steam. Composite hoses are available on request. You can buy our hoses in coils or cut to length. Spannfix or Spannloc clamp type couplings with BSP male or female ends are fitted as standard. Alternatively flanged ends or TW tank wagon couplings. Options are Storz, Guillemin or food / hygienic types. Available in brass, aluminium, stainless steel or with special coated wetted parts with a wide range of seals designed to handle today's complex liquids. Our ZVA nozzles and petrol dispenser hoses are used on forecourts for Stage II vapour recovery (coax) and non VR applications. We also have nozzles in stainless steel and bronze as well as nozzles to handle LPG, alcohol, and solvents, AdBlue, Bio Diesel and Ethanol (E85).
