entirely nourished llc is a concierge nutrition counseling private practice based in new york city. we provide scientifically based counseling services and offer a personalized lifestyle medicine approach to provide lifelong implementation. michelle routhenstein is the owner and president of entirely nourished llc. she is a registered dietitian nutritionist, certified diabetes educator, and is certified in weight management. she graduated with a m.s. in clinical nutrition from nyu and completed her dietetic residency at nyu. she has 10+ years of experience counseling private patients on chronic disease prevention and management. she recently contributed, alongside a team of doctors and scientists, to developing a risk assessment to identify individual’s at high risk for chronic disease based off of modifiable lifestyle medicine factors. her passion is translating nutrition sciences into an easy to understand language with goals that can be implemented lifelong.
