The Empire State Highway Contractors Association

The Empire State Highway Contractors Association, Inc. is an association of approximately 30 Heavy/ Highway construction companies throughout Central, Eastern and Northern New York State. The purpose of this association is to provide health and welfare and retirement benefits for its employees. The Association also has a fully licensed and accredited Apprenticeship Training Program to train individuals with the skills necessary to become journeypersons in the following trades: Carpenter, Skilled Construction Craft Laborer and Heavy Equipment Operator. Normal business hours are 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
