The aftermath of the 1994 war left an insecure atmosphere looming over the country as illegal arms were still scattered in the hands of some people who from time to time were using them for their personal ends. This therefore was a major stumbling block for both economic development and reconstruction of the country in general. A handful peace loving and business minded group of people met and brought together the idea to form a private security company, which would serve to protect Embassies, Industries, Banks, Offices, Hotels, NGOs, the business community and individual residences in the bid to stop the looming insecure atmosphere around Kigali city in particular and the countryside in general. And at the end of the day the company referred to as ''FODEY SECURITY COMPANY'' make a small profit (income) over its services enjoyed by its customers. Vision and Values
