In March 2011 FPD CORPORATION CZ a.s. purchased the majority shareholding in ROYAL Drinks Slovakia, s.r.o. which is one of the largest importers of wines, spirits and soft drinks in Slovakia, importing from Germany, Italy, Chile, Argentina, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, USA, Belgium, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Hungary and South Korea. Our focus is to expand our portfolio in the food and beverage sector not just in the domestic market but also in the global market place. Our goal is to reduce costs and increase turnover which will be achieved through a strategic restructuring of the company and an ongoing investment of funds.
