Our experienced team can handle all aspects of the sales process. The Gainesway Team expertly advises owners which sale would best suit their yearlings. The team's wealth of experience in preparing horses for sale and aggressively marketing the horses gets the most out of our clients' investment. Led by Michael Hernon and Brian Graves, the yearling team's attention to detail assures that Gainesway clients receive top-drawer service, both on the farm and at the sales. Gainesway offers the industry's most exclusive pedigrees, from our own stock and for our clients, to yearling, weanling and broodmare buyers the world over. We consign to all the major Yearling and Mixed Sales in Kentucky, as well as the Saratoga Selected Yearling Sale. We are very selective in building our consignments, which results in Gainesway ranking among the very top consignors worldwide by percentage of horses sold. In 2014, Gainesway ranked third among all yearling consignors ($23.4-million in gross sales), with the highest average among the top four consignors ($131,710). Equally impressive is our percentage sold (87%), an important facet of our sales program which we maintain year after year. At this year's Mixed Sales, Gainesway once again ranks among the very top broodmare and weanling consignors by gross and by average, with an especially high percentage sold (88%).
