Having run successful political campaigns, we realized that many of the same principles applied to managing retail customer engagement campaigns. However, only the biggest technology companies were leveraging these methods, leaving brick-and-mortar enterprises at a disadvantage. So we set out to correct that and create a level playing field for brick-and-mortar businesses.
