JCM Associates, Inc. provides mechanical services throughout the Washington DC Metropolitan area. These services include new construction, renovation and maintenance of HVAC and Plumbing systems for plan/spec, design/build and design/assist commercial and high-rise residential buildings. During our 20 years in business, JCM has completed a variety of outstanding projects including American Red Cross Headquarters Building (new 750,000 sq. ft. office building), USPS, Joseph Curseen Jr. and Thomas Morris Jr. Processing and Distribution Center Brentwood & Hamilton Postal Facility (renovations following anthrax remediation), Bell - Lincoln Multicultural Center (new uniquely combined Middle and High School), Strathmore Concert Hall (new nationally recognized performance venue), Department of Transportation Tenant Fit-out (new 2 million sq. ft. federal headquarters) and University of Maryland Bioscience Laboratory (new major academic and research facility).
