HEUBACH
Heubach was established to manufacture and sell Foam & Packaging Products. The company was founded by August Eltz, III. In the beginning, August operated out of his garage using a small band saw to fabricate samples. Actual customer orders were outsourced to a local company for manufacturing and shipping. One of the objectives of Heubach's Business Plan called for manufacturing customers' products in-house to better control quality and on-time delivery. This goal was attained in 1994 when Heubach acquired fabrication equipment from one of it's many suppliers. With the purchase of this equipment, Heubach moved into its first manufacturing facility, a 3,800 sq. ft. warehouse in North Dallas. With our trademark tight tolerance manufacturing and strict quality control procedures throughout our manufacturing processes Heubach's business has continued to expand. This rapid expansion forced Heubach to move to a larger manufacturing facility in 1995, a 16,000 sq. ft. building located in Garland, Texas. This allowed Heubach to expand in the areas of Orthopedic and Medical Products. Once again our rapid expansion with the addition of these new product lines forced Heubach to move to a larger facility, a 21,000 sq. ft. warehouse in North Dallas. Today we stand ready to handle large volumes of any size in our 60,000 Sq. ft. facility in Garland, purchase in 2003. At Heubach , we utilize specially trained associates, state of the art fabrication equipment, and strictly controlled manufacturing processes to provide our customers with the highest quality products available in the market today.
