Industrial Athletics

Industrial Athletics is a premier exercise facility on the Northside of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania that lives up to its name: We are industrial. Our workouts are primarily designed around the use of functional movement, i.e. body weight, powerlifting, olympic lifting, and cardiovascular movements. We use our surroundings and basic equipment in constantly changing combinations to help you reach your fitness goals. Located just minutes from Downtown, Industrial Athletics is quick and convenient from any side of the city. Our third floor location presents some exciting opportunities for programming workouts with different challenges that will help you in every day life. As part of a growing industrial park, and by being located in a building that spans 1 city block, our facility literally grows as our membership grows. This also gives us the ability to offer various types of fitness, such as yoga and pilates to meet interest and demand. Industrial Athletics is also the home to CrossFit Alloy. CrossFit is a growing international fitness program that combines movement with intensity. Universally scalable, we are able to accomodate people of all ages and fitness levels. Our CrossFit community prides itself no only on its excellence in fitness, but also in the social atmosphere that helps to provide support and encouragement.
