We make every possible effort to ensure our customers are happy. That is why they just keep on coming back. On the extremely rare occasion that there is a problem with one of our products, or even if you are not 100% satisfied in every way, please contact our friendly staff and they will be more than happy to help. If you have received faulty goods, please contact a member of our team detailing the problems you are experiencing, including any error messages you receive. Our staff can usually resolve any issues in a short space of time allowing you to get back to printing ASAP. In the event we are unable to identify or fix the problem you will be given the choice of a full refund or replacement goods. The choice is yours. We will also ensure you don't pay any postage costs. Please note however we will require any faulty cartridges to be available for return to us in order for us to inspect and refer any faults back to the manufacturer. Everyone's allowed to change their mind! If you have ordered the wrong goods in error or have simply changed your mind, we can only offer replacements or store credit if the goods are returned to us and we receive them in a re-saleable condition. In this instance we do ask that you cover the cost of returning the items to us, however we will be happy to post out any replacements free of charge.
