iPro offers Dashboard-based reporting of key, business-management indicators in mobile-friendly platforms. All POS systems offer dozens of management reports that are designed to assist management in running the business, but, these reports are often difficult to interpret and rarely actionable. iPro Systems' staff consists of not only technical/ programming personnel, but experienced retailers as well. All iPro management reports are designed to be easy to read, accessible from anywhere and actionable. Our reports don't simply inform you that a problem exists, but point you toward a solution - a way of avoiding the problem in the future. The basic, iPro Action Package includes a Web-based Dashboard, consisting of six, "Action Panels". Each panel focuses on a particular area of your business that is of interest and/ or concern. For example, the front-end-security panel focuses on two aspects of cashier performance - department-sales-distribution percentages by cashier and open-department rings by cashier. Action Panels typically include multiple layers of information allowing you to drill down to the core of a specific problem. Action panels can include output capabilities, including exporting into Excel and email. This allows you to immediately notify management or supervisory personnel regarding a problem. The iPro Action Package is available to all, iPro retailers and participating, product manufacturers.
