Rinchen Jangsem Ling

Rinchen Jangsem Ling, is a Tibetan Buddhist Centre established in 2005 and affiliated to the Foundation for the Preservation of the Mahayana Tradition (FPMT), a network of more than 150 centres around the world under the spiritual guidance of Kyabje Zopa Rinpoche.Rinchen Jangsem Ling (RJL) which in Tibetan language means "Land of Precious Bodhicitta (the aspiration to achieve enlightenment for the benefit of sentient beings)". It is one of the Tibetan Buddhist Centre that practices the Gelugpa Tradition of Lama Tsongkhapa and is spiritually headed by Kyabje Zopa Rinpoche.RJL is located at Triang, Pahang which is a 2.5 hours serene drive from Kuala Lumpur, the capital of Malaysia or 6 hours drive from Singapore. Triang is also directly accessible by train or bus from Singapore.Hidden itself at the highest hilltop in Triang and overlooking an expansive rubber and palm plantations, RJL serves as a very conducive environment for retreaters and practitioners alike. RJL is recognized for its positive energies conducive for retreats. ama Kunchog, a highly realised master whom personally visited and blessed the place many years ago, predicted that whoever meditate at this Land of Precious Bodhicitta will achieve realisations - a profound statement in the words of Kyabje Zopa Rinpoche, "this is exactly what it is (the realisations of renunciations, bodhicitta and emptiness) all about!". n 2009, Khen Rinpoche Lama Lhundrup named two monasteries to be build in future at RJL - Choephel Ling for monks and Shaen Phel Ling for nuns.
