JCG Land Services, Inc. is an employee owned and proven Real Estate and Right of Way organization that has been in existence since 1990. We have a permanent staff of approximately fifty individuals plus affiliates that are capable of providing multi-discipline services. Our employees and affiliates include acquisition agents, licensed real estate agents and brokers, appraisers, title abstractors and examiners, and attorneys. The firm provides professional consulting, land acquisition, appraisal, relocation assistance and right of way services to a variety of clients including cities, counties, State and Federal agencies, consulting engineering firms, utility companies, and land developers. Our company was originally established as a right of way department in a consulting engineering firm in February of 1990. In December of 1993, the current company was formed and located in Ankeny, Iowa, until relocation in October 2000, to Nevada, Iowa. In 2009, we opened our second office in Cedar Rapids Iowa. In 2010, we opened a third office in Leon, Iowa.
