We have a comprehensive safety program which has been audited and approved through a rigorous process by Avetta (formerly PICS), of which we have been a member since 2011. J Davis Construction office and field performance executed 250,000 self-perform work hours in 2013-2015. During that time, the company experienced a significant decrease in the EMR rating from a high of 1.16 to a 0.79, representing a thirty-two percent improvement. J Davis Construction has also maintained a 0.00 Total Recordable Incident Rate (TRIR), Lost Workday Case Rate (LWCR), and Days Away Restricted or Transfer rate (DART). Successfully managing health and safety issues to the lowest possible risk levels is an essential component of strategy and is integral to the way J Davis Construction does business. At J Davis, we continue to strive to be one of the safest contractors in the industry, and we thoroughly evaluate any cases that occur to immediately identify areas for improvement.
