KCSI Aerial Patrol

KCSI Aerial Patrol, Inc. is a professional aviation company specializing in surveillance of oil and gas pipeline right-of-ways and production fields. The company was formed in 1994 as Kern Charter Service in the central valley of California. In 2004 KCSI separated from underneath the umbrella of sister company Kern Charter Service as its own company to focus on serving the oil and gas industry. Over the years the company has grown to a fleet of 19 single-engine and one multi-engine fixed wing aircraft. In addition to added aircraft KCSI has expanded to patrol pipelines and production fields for our customers throughout California, Nevada, New Mexico, Texas, Louisiana and throughout the Midwest. KCSI currently employs 34 pilots and observers with four full time administrators to accomplish these tasks. The company's home base is in Bakersfield, California with satellite bases in Northern California, East & West Texas, Louisiana, Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana. The location of these bases offers the best access to large portions of our client's pipeline and production fields.
