Since the humble origins in 1945 of Russ Kiko conducting auctions on the family farm in Stark County, Ohio with the help of his wife, Colletta, and their 13 children, we have grown to emerge as an industry leader in the auction and real estate business. A leader and innovator using the auction method of marketing our founder, Russ Kiko, was the first Ohio auctioneer to be inducted into the National Auctioneers Hall of Fame and was the first class of inductees to the Ohio Auctioneers Hall of Fame. Just as our founder did KIKO, now in the third generation of family ownership, continues to lead the auction industry and has expanded to offer options to buyers and sellers that do not include only the auction marketing method. Richard T. Kiko, Jr., a third generation member of the KIKO family, has served as the CEO of the company since 2007. Under his leadership and direction the company has continued to grow and move into the third generation of KIKO stockholders. With three generations of experienced realtors and auctioneers, who specialize in their fields, KIKO has grown to be the most successful family owned real estate and auction company in the business.
