Limón Dance

Limón offers open classes, workshops and training programs throughout the year. Limón technique classes are held exclusively in New York City at Peridance Capezio Center. Limón Technique emphasizes the natural rhythms of fall and recovery and the interplay between weight and weightlessness to provide dancers with an organic approach to movement that easily adapts to a range of choreographic styles. The faculty includes former and current members of the Company and artists affiliated with the Limón aesthetic.
