We are a collective group of lightning specialists, project managers and master installers who are passionate about saving lives and protecting assets from the awesome but destructive power of lightning. We have created installation teams who are lead by master installers all of whom have over 15 years of experience in the field of lightning protection and earthing. Our installation teams have consolidated to form their own majority black owned company and are proudly called INSTALLATION GURUS. We have made a commitment to empowering our installers to run their own company and push the extremely high Lightning Guru installation standards of workmanship to even higher levels. Our business model is unique in that we have encouraged and nurtured ownership and responsibility of our previously disadvantaged installers, supporting and allowing them to gain entry into the earthing and lightning protection industry as business owners.
