MGC Pure Chemicals America, Inc. (MPCA) is a subsidiary of Mitsubishi Gas Chemical Company, Inc. (MGC). MPCA was established in 1995 by the parent company MGC to be the premier and leader in supplying ultra-pure cleaning chemicals in the United States of America. MPCA is based in Mesa, Arizona. MPCA is a market leader in the production of Ultra-Pure Hydrogen Peroxide and Ammonium Hydroxide. These products are used in the semiconductor industry for applications that require stripping, etching and cleaning of silicon wafers.
