a passion for sport and wellbeing has led to an msc in sports rehabilitation! i'm driven by results and when my clients tell me that their pain has reduced, or not there any more, their mobility has increased, their quality of health and life have improved, my job is done! that's exactly what i set out to achieve with every client. i was a teacher, and i still am. i help my clients by educating them about how best to manage their pain, the most suitable exercises and i also address nutrition. this is fundamental to my clients achieving their goals.
