The specific roles for each member of the MSI team are determined by each customer's particular needs, not by predefined position descriptions. MSI believes that long-term customer satisfaction is more important than short-term gains. Our responsibility to our customers includes defining the problem and finding a solution—even if we cannot provide that solution ourselves. If we cannot supply the best solution, we will refer that customer to an appropriate service provider who can.
