MSTI was established with the goal of building a service-oriented culture, and we continue with that philosophy today. Profit is not the main focus of our mission. We believe businesses that permanently hold a magnifying glass to the bottom line will imminently become paralyzed with relationship apathy or be made rabid in pursuit of a healthy profit margin. But, for the company that operates to serve its customer to its best ability, nurture its employees as family, and ethically protect its stockholders' interests, there is no failure.
