We are Solution Providers not product pushers. We provide comprehensive Consultation, Design, and Installation Services. We deliver Custom Fit solutions for all our clients. Near Future works under a variety of contractual agreements where the responsibilities of Near Future vary depending upon the services needed. A substantial portion of our work is in association with leading design and construction professionals. Our goal is to work in partnership with Architects and Construction Management Firms throughout the process to deliver the best designed and installed systems. Design professionals working with Near Future during the life cycle of a project results in high quality systems installed to exacting specifications. When working on Design/Bid projects, Near Future can act as a designer or systems integrator. We will meet with the project owner to determine the technical requirements and prepare design specifications and drawings. Upon award of the installation contract, Near Future's installation team will follow the drawings and specifications to install the system. Throughout the process Near Future will coordinate with the Architect and Construction Management Team to ensure that the system is installed as specified.
