Several high-tech treatments have emerged or been improved. These include fluoroscopy guided transforaminal epidural steroid injections for bulging discs, radiofrequency lesioning for back/neck pain, neuromodulation for post-surgical or non-operative pain, percutaneous disc decompression for bulging discs, vertebroplasty or kyphoplasty for vertebral compression fractures, and ultrasound guided injections for a multitude of musculoskeletal pain. After a careful evaluation, our expert pain physicians and staff apply the latest technologies for diagnosis and treatment of the underlying condition.
