NYCD Emerald Society

NYCDEmeraldSociety.com is the vitual home of the Emerald Society of the New York City Correction Department. The NYCD Emerald Society was founded in 1955 by James Mulvey and is the second oldest law enforcement emerald society in the country. Michael Barzal is the current President.
