Ohio Travel Bag is a privately-owned company built on a tradition of integrity and service. Starting in 1993, the company had been owned by Bruce Oppenheim, who is the grandson of the founder and Paul Gallin, who had been with the company since 1976. Sadly in late January 2015, Paul passed away and now the company is solely owned by Bruce. The business was established in 1908 as a manufacturer of traveling bags and other leather goods in the heart of downtown Cleveland, Ohio. Over the years, the company has evolved into the leading wholesale distributor of hardware and fittings for luggage, handbags, cases, leather jewelry and leather goods. Ohio Travel Bag owns its own modern facility in the eastern Cleveland suburb of Solon. OTB takes great pride in its long history of serving the repair, design, manufacturing and leather craft industries.
