Onslow Community Outreach

Every year, Onslow Community Outreach manages to complete their mission thanks to the generosity of over 1,000 volunteers, the hard work of only a handful of staff and the generosity of donations from throughout the community. The fact that Onslow Community Outreach administers a Soup Kitchen, Homeless Shelter, Free Medical Clinic, Volunteer Center and provides benevolent services on an income of only $400,000 per year is simply remarkable. Our income is very dependent on grants (which may or may not be renewed each year). We need your support to make sure the Outreach is able to continue to do its good work. While Onslow Community Outreach has managed to sucessfully function at its current income, the only way for our organization to grow is for us to find additional sources of revenue. With additional funds, we would be able to keep the shelter open 24 hours a day / 7 days a week. We would be able to hire a full-time doctor or two for the clinic. We would be able to expand the soup kitchen's routes and possibly add weekend meals. Please consider donating to the Outreach and encourage your church to support Onslow Community Outreach as well.
