OT Training Solutions

OT Training Solutions is an accepted vendor on the GSA schedule, and as such, we provide comprehensive virtual simulation training device support. Our scope of work includes creating user documentation and performing support for integration, testing, and field activities. We create instructor/operator New Equipment Training (NET) materials, and we conduct NET courses at initial fielding, and at each follow-on site visit. OT Training Solutions also designs and implements training exercises. Using government furnished databases, like OneSAF, we design complex scenarios. For example, we developed gunnery matrix scenarios for the Bradley COFT SA & the Stryker RWS using parameters such as ammo type, target timing, vehicle field of view, target range, and current gunnery manuals. We work closely with each customer to determine the most efficient and effective ways to support their virtual simulation training needs.
