Pacific States Petroleum

Pacific States Petroleum, Inc. was founded by Kevin Maddox in May of 2001. It all started with one fuel truck, a small location in Pleasant Hill, and a big idea. The idea was to deliver fuel and oil in smaller-than-usual quantities to customer locations while providing unparalleled customer service. He took this idea and applied a little luck and a lot of work to create a winning formula for our customers. PSPI continues to expand its product line and coverage area and, in the process, has never compromised its focus on customer service. By doing so, PSPI has grown to cover most of Northern California with locations in Pleasant Hill, Stockton, and West Sacramento with an ever-expanding fleet (27 trucks today) to meet the unique needs of our customers.
