Quality was the foundation upon which Joseph Padgett and Major Edmond Swann built the company and continues to be the catalyst that grows the business today. President, Nathan L. Scott, Jr., leads the team at Padgett-Swann Machinery. Nathan joined Padgett-Swann Machinery in 1991, bringing with him over twenty-five years' experience in the marine propeller and machine shop business. Joining Nathan on the Padgett-Swann Machinery team are marine engineers and mechanical engineers with decades of experience in the marine, mining, automotive, aircraft, and regulatory industries. This team is designed to solve customer's problems and deliver only the highest quality of products and services.
