QCA is proud to be serving the City of Concord in North Carolina on their Concord Kannapolis Area Transit (Transit Rider) system with marketing and public relations services. QCA's Traci Missildine is taking charge as project manager by leading a highly-qualified team in developing effective marketing campaigns, organizing business partnerships and grassroots community engagement activities as well as directing media and stakeholder relations. Transit Rider recently launched their new Sunday bus service to provide the community with more convenient access to employment, medical facilities, shopping, restaurants and faith-based opportunities within the Concord Kannapolis Area. QCA Graphic Designer Joe Duhamel completed designs for the bus schedules, system maps, bus stop display signage and continues to collaborate with QCA's IT Manager Dylan Conway on Transit Rider's redevelopment.
