Founded in 2016, Vanacore, DeBenedictus, DiGovanni & Weddell, LLP; Sedore & Company; and Rouis & Company merged to form RBT CPAs, LLP. The merger adds to the existing strengths of all the firms in such areas as accounting and auditing, tax services, consulting and special projects, accounting support services, human resources, and computer consulting in the industry niches of construction, government, hospitality, manufacturing, non-profit, real estate, veterinary, wholesale, retail, and distribution markets. RBT CPAs is headquartered in Poughkeepsie, New York and founded in 2016.
