RepuCare, a woman business enterprise (WBE), was founded in 1995 by Billie Dragoo as an allied health staffing provider to hospitals, clinics, school systems and nursing homes. RepuCare provides a wide range of staffing to support healthcare programs encompassing primary care, managed care, occupational health, wellness and state sponsored healthcare programs.
